Useful Advice
- Self Pack means you pack your own goods etc. (Please note that these items are not insured for breakages etc.).
- China Pack means we will carry out the packing of all breakable items etc.
- Full Pack means we will carry out the packing of all breakable and non-breakable items.
- Self Pack cartons and packing paper are provided "free of charge" and delivered at a mutually convenient time prior to the move.
- How to calculate the number of cartons required. The average carton is slightly smaller than a t ea-chest, therefore an average kitchen cupboard contents, or a drawer chest would equal one box carton. Please allow for all contents including loft, garden shed, garage etc. to be boxed.
- Wardrobe Cartons - These are portable hanging robes that enable you to transfer items such as suits, dresses etc. without being folded, creased. Please allow one wardrobe carton for one half of a wardrobe ie. a two door wardrobe would equal two wardrobe cartons. These items are provided "free of charge".
- Wardrobes/Beds - If you think that any of the wardrobes/beds would need dismantling and you require our company to do this please state this in the additional notes box at the end of the quotation form.
- If any carpets are to be moved, please state this, along with quantities & approximate sizes in the additional information box at the end of the quotation form.
- Please also remember to add in the contents of the loft, garage, garden sheds, pots and plants etc.
