People looking to move home can now simply download the SurveyApp from Google Play or the Apple Store and use their phone camera to capture images of what they need to move. The information is then reviewed by one of our professional surveyors, who can provide an accurate price.
Tim Aspey, managing director, explained the concept.
“The new app means we get a really accurate picture of what our customers need to move to their new home, without the need for booking a home visit,” he said.
“This benefits the customer as it saves time, means they don’t have to wait in for a surveyor, and they still get a true picture of what their move will cost. It’s a great tool as our surveyors can see the precise size and shape of different items of furniture and can also get an idea of access to the property.”
Andrew Porter Ltd, which celebrates its 45th year in business this year, is fast approaching its busiest removal period and customers are advised to book crews as early as possible.
