Andrew Porter Limited are one of only a number of removal companies in the UK with their own in house training facility. Training and continual development of our staff is a priority and the training facility shows our commitment to customer care and quality through educating and training our team members appropriately. That is why we have our own in-house training centre at the Head Office. As a minimum, training requirements are reviewed annually as part of our internal quality audit and as part of our annual staff appraisal. Continual ‘on the job’ training helps maintain the commitment and motivation of our staff. This combined with continual investment in new technological develpments has helped us to establish a reputation for professionalism and quality throughout the removal industry.
