If you’ve got young children who still believe in Santa, you want that to last for as long as possible. Storing presents with us can help preserve the magic of Christmas so your kids don’t stumble across their presents by accident.
These days kids tend to get a ‘main’ present that is often bigger than many of their others, sometimes bigger than the others put together. It could be anything from a doll’s house to a games console or maybe even a ride-on car. Or what if this Christmas is a ‘bike year’? Putting gifts in storage can take the pressure out of trying to hide them in your shed, garage or anywhere else.
Team up
If your siblings or other family members are having the same problem, team up and share one of our storage spaces.
Andrew Porter Ltd offers self storage with a range of convenient sizes depending on your individual needs. We’d say our storage is already very competitively priced, but if you’re sharing with family members you can spread the cost even further!
One-off items
For some of our customers, even our smallest storage spaces can be too big – which is why we offer a dedicated space in our storage for one-off items.
Your items would be stored in a secure unity which only Andrew Porter Ltd employees have access to, and your costs would only be £1.80 per week per item, including VAT. If it’s simply a case of putting away one or two items, nothing could be simpler!
We’re flexible and friendly
Our service doesn’t just stop at storage. We also offer free van hire, assistance loading or unloading your belongings, and a huge goods and passenger lift which means it’s easy to move any heavy or bulky items.
What’s more, we’re open seven days a week, including weekends. This is really important to remember because Christmas falls on a Monday this year, so you can wait until the final weekend to take your items out of storage if you wish. We're open from 10am to 2.30pm on Christmas Eve, and closed Christmas Day.
Don’t just stop at the presents…
Christmas can be a time when your home becomes cluttered, which can be really frustrating given you’ll no doubt want to be cleaning and tidying so you can welcome guests and visitors.
This means it’s a great time to use our storage to de-clutter your home. You can start with the boxes for your Christmas decorations, and maybe any furniture or items that will go unused over the festive period and are taking up space. You can always get your exercise bike or rowing machine out of storage to start the New Year!
And once Christmas is done and dusted, maybe you can put your decorations into storage with us instead of trying to squirrel them away in the loft again.
