Account Manager
Andrew Porter Ltd are looking for an experienced account manager. The successful candidate will have strong coordination, organisational and communication skills and will act as a conduit between our internal operations functions, our direct customer and their end customer/consumer.
The role will involve managing stock including all inbound and outbound activities, general booking on of all deliveries and collections, management of queries and general day to day management of all activity. The ability to solve problems, meet challenges head on and build solutions in a timely manner whilst communicating to all stakeholders is essential. There will be a lot of systems and telephony work as part of this role so a good knowledge of Microsoft packages along with a polite telephone manner will be required.
Hours of work are from 0800-1730 Monday to Friday.
Self-Storage Sales Co-ordinator
Andrew Porter Ltd is a removals and storage company established in 1973 we have an exciting opportunity to join a new team working in our self-storage department based in Adlington, Chorley. This site is aiming to be the premier self-storage facility in the North West and as such needs to have only the most customer focused employees on hand to look after our customers.
The successful candidate must have a proven track record in a sales and customer service environment and be comfortable with computerised systems used to capture customers details.
You will be interacting with new and existing customers who are using our self-storage facility so you must be comfortable interacting with members of the public providing consistently high levels of customer service.
The successful candidate must be comfortable with showing potential customers around the facility/security of the site whilst open/securing and locking the site when closing.
Hours of work will be Saturday 9am-4:00pm and Sunday 10am-2:00pm with rates of pay being £15p/h Saturday and £20p/h Sunday.
