Coronavirus update for self store and removal customers

Following the latest Government guidance which became law on 6 January 2021 our Self Store centres will remain open but only for use by essential businesses.

Essential businesses include key workers, online retailers, construction and trade workers, customers undertaking house moves and a number of other purposes. Full details are shown on the government website www.gov.uk/coronavirus.

Please be extra vigilant if you are coming on to site. You must wear a face covering at all times, maintain a minimum of 2 metres distance from any member of staff or other customer, and wash or sanitise your hands before and after touching any communal property such as door handles, hand rails etc.

If you have any queries please phone the office on 01257 482398. If necessary we will make an appointment for you to come in to reception.

Household removal Work will continue, subject to covid-19 restrictions:

Social distancing must be followed; ideally maintaining a 2 metre distance. If this is not possible then 1 metre plus a face covering is required.

We will contact you in advance to check that no member of the household is showing symptoms of coronavirus or self-isolating. If they are, works must be delayed.

You must ensure all internal doors are open and surfaces and possessions have been cleaned with household cleaning products prior to us entering the property.

You should seek to minimise contact with our crew members.
