House prices in the UK are set to reach a record high – a trend which may prompt more owners to look at moving house over the next few months. The Centre for Economics and Business Research (Cebr) has predicted that house prices will have risen by 5.6% in 2015. This forecast is higher than the one given by the organisation in June when annual house price growth was expected to be around 4.7%.
